what if their right?

My sister and brother in law told me a few days ago that I fell in love but I'm to scared to say it so I'll just keep denying it. What if their right? Then what? What does it mean? What am I suppose to do? How do I know its real? What is it suppose to feel like? so many questions but where are the answers..
